Honey and I had a date night tonight! We went out for dinner with some (but not all) of our great friends.
Here is our standard happy, smiley, WE’RE GETTING OUT WITHOUT THE KIDS pose.
Excuse the smudge on the lens. It wasn’t done by yours truly. Oh, heck no. I’m not clumsy in the least.
The last time we went on a date night, Matthew pointed out something so utterly obvious about me. While listening to music on the radio/stereo, I am not one to “throw horns”.
Nope.
I throw a mic.
As in I sing into my thumb. My other fingers are all closed. Except for my pinky. It sticks up in the air.
Obviously. It’s the antennae.
Duh.
But for you guys? Matthew suggested that we throw horns. Like so.
We seem to have a knack for it.
Can you tell we live in the sticks?

Now whenever there is rockish music on she puts up her fingers and head bangs, it’s pretty cute. The best was when she did it while on his shoulders at a Christian concert, oops. Glad you guys got some out alone time it’s so fun to be kooky every now and then!
