I originally posted the recipe in October 2005 (!), but thought it was high time I updated the recipe with photos. It really is worth all of the grief it gave me. It really is the Best Lasagna Ever.

The oven in summer? It doesn’t get turned on. I think the lasagna will wait until fall.
