Well, here it is! My new site. I’m not super excited about the template, but blue IS my favourite colour. I’ll have to keep looking for funky layouts.
At least I have figured out the main things I want this site to do. I can write posts (pretty important). I have installed my stat counter (also important to me). Comments work (prove me right – try it!).
I thought the name was cool, what with our Dutch heritage and all. And the fact that our life can get even crazier than the game. I contemplated staying with Blogger, but could not find a new name that suited me. Plus, my inner geek was fighting to get out and start getting creative with HTML. As I said, we haven’t quite gotten there, but we’re learning. The future looks bright.
So, let me know what you think. Update your links, or your “favourites” in your browser. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy that I might be someone’s “favourite”.

I took a ride on the blog archives back to the first blog you wrote. You need to keep out spammers taking up space (I hate it when my e-mail gets spam and had to delete a hundred letters too.) So…you’re Dutch? gee…my father is from France right near Belgium, where Dutch is spoken and has Flemish (a sub-group of Dutch speakers) heritage. My last name (can’t give it out here) means “condor” or “vulture”. However, he’s a Frenchmen first as much I’m an American first. +
