Matthew gave me the title for this post. He’s a funny, funny man.
In addition to being funny, he’s smart, sweet, and hot. He’s the best husband and Daddy I could ever have hoped to be married to. He’s also a great friend and person in general. He’s pretty darn amazing from all aspects.
Which includes his hard working nature. The guy works hard in the office, plays hard with the kids, and puts so much effort into making our home more, well, homey.
I showed all of you the major renovation we undertook on the exterior of our house this summer. All that was left to be completed (besides the landscaping – next summer we’ll attack that) was the cultured stone over the concrete and the chimney.
Here it is, before and after:

After:
Kudos to my hard working Honey. Now he just wants to chop all of our firewood for winter and get back to working on the family room addition. Oh, and do the cultured stone inside on the fireplace as well. No small feat, but he just keeps working. He’s not going to know what to do with himself when each of the big projects are completed.
Who am I kidding? He’ll find something else to do. Like build some furniture. He’s amazing. And he’s all mine. Sweet music.

You are a lucky lady! Looks amazing. Do you hire him out?
Hardworkin’ man. Must be in the name.
The hose looks fantastic by the way.
WOW, looks great. Good job Matthew.
Ya, not all guys come with those sort of skills “built-in” like I previously thought!! oh well.
And hey! are you getting excited or what about baby 3 on his/her way!!! I sure am!
Great job! Looks awesome…
hey Angella,
I just noticed that you only have NINE days left before meeting baby D. Wow, time sure flies bye. Are you going to post any “final” pregnancy pics in these last days? Maybe we could place final bets on boy/girl & size, etc.
Hope all goes well. I’ll be praying for you over this next week.
I have lots of projects that would keep Matthew busy!!! Your place looks great.
Looks great!
I know this is late, but I admit your husband truly has a skill. If you guys hired someone else, changes are he/she’s a con or a fraud (watch out for phony contractors). Looks like a great job done…and you saved $ than the stuff Matthew bought from a home improvement store. Tell us when the living room is finished (or already?) +
