I woke up to the news that Madeline Spohr died on April 7. I am a regular reader of Heather’s blog (The Spohrs are Multiplying), as well as a Twitter/Flickr/Facebook friend. I simply cannot imagine the grief that she and her husband Mike must be experiencing. I love how this community has rallied around the Spohrs in the midst of all of this. If you want to help as well, you can donate to the March of Dimes in memory of Madeline Alice Spohr.

I don’t know her at all, but the tweets have been overwhelming. I’m hugging my kids a little tighter today as well. Cannot even imagine.
