Those pictures really make me want to run around in a park throwing leaves with abandon. Too bad they are all soggy from the days and days of rain we’ve been getting. At least I can live vicariously through your kids!
So cute! I loved playing in the leaves when I was a kid. Too bad it’s gross and wet outside, bordering on flooding, otherwise I’d be seriously tempted to go and throw some around.
I just love these photos…. they are just great…I really love the last one.
I love all the photos you take…. too bad you didn’t live closer so you could do our family photos….
by the way…I have tagged you…. http://spotlis.blogspot.com/
Can I just say that you have, like, the best looking family???
And the scenery? I’m coming to visit–just FYI–do you have a spare couch for moi? I’ll totally make your oatmeal and hazelnut latte in the morning (I has a good memory….)
What great family pictures! No wonder you’re proud of them.
And for us Down-Under, facing yet another overheated, under-watered summer, what a joy to see those lush park scenes with autumn colours and leaves.
Don’t think I’d handle a Canadian or European winter well either, but then life in God’s broken world is full of both joy and sorrow, isn’t it?
Our ever-warming summers and your bleak winters are something I see as the flip side of a sacrament – ugly but still obvious signs from God that remind me of some awful realities but also hold a promise of God’s faithfulness – this too will end. And then…
Fun!!

A great post. I know you have been commenting lately on how much hair Miss Emily has grown, but I can really tell in these pictures.

Was this an intentional Wordless Wednesday? Because it was masterful. It told an entire story. The last shot was a perfect ending.

Love it! We kind of missed the leaves part. It was summer one week, winter the next, and now we’re in the in-between leaf-less stage. Blah.
