How To Tame Fruit Flies

You realize that fall is truly here when the air gets crisp, the leaves start to turn…and your kitchen is bombarded with fruit flies.  We mix the following concoction in a bowl next to the sink: 2 cups water, 2 Tbsp white sugar, 2 Tbsp white vinegar and a few drops of dish soap. Before you know it you will have some Fruit Fly Soup. Not for consumption, unless that actually sounds tasty to you.
