**Video Edited! See below!**
This Labour Day weekend has been a busy one. We have been busy labouring.
September 1st arrived and I became a woman possessed. I have been busy cleaning and organizing and purging needless crap stuff for the auxiliary.
However, it hasn’t been all work and no play.
On Saturday night Matthew and I went out on a hot date (Thanks to my brother Lance for watching all three kidlets!). I got some sweet new dark denim jeans and then we headed for a wild night on the town. We went to Costco. We like to live on the wild side.
We opted against the quarter pound of beast beef hot dog and a pop. We went out for a nice spread of quesadillas, fajitas and margaritas. Yum.
I have also been playing with the manual settings on my camera and trying to decide what to cover on the first Foto Friday. The topic is an endless one and I don’t want to bung it up look like an idiot let you guys down. I just plan on sharing what (limited) knowledge I have and will try to make it fun. We can’t go wrong with that, right?
It has also been brought to my attention (Hi Mom!) that I have not posted any video clips of Miss Emily lately. More specifically, I haven’t shown a clip of how she gets around. That would be because I hadn’t taken any footage. Bad Mommy. I remedied that this weekend.
Some babies army crawl.
Some babies crawl on all fours.
Some babies get around using the flat of their feet and the palms of their hands.
My baby? Not only is she advanced…she’s unique. See for yourself
Boot Scootin’ Booty from Angella and Vimeo.
And yes, that is a Diet Coke that I am using to entice her to perform on cue. She is my daughter after all.
**Edited to say:
I used Vimeo for the first time today. I hit “Publish” and then left to run some errands (To get tile! For my laundry room! Which is currently a CEMENT BOX!).
Upon my return home I realized my clip had no sound. Turns out I needed to convert the file using Windows Movie Maker. I figured since I was in there I’d see if I could figure out how to edit the clip. Because I need another application to play with like I need a hole in my head.
Hope you like it!

That’s pretty much exactly the way Hunter scooted. Love it… miss it.

HA HA! I love the Diet Coke as a bribe. (But then, you had to have known I WOULD!)

hahaha … that is SO cute! My little brother used to get around like that. It makes for a good wedding video, mwahaha.

Go, Miss Emily!
When my cousin Dee was a toddler, you could get her to do almost anything (pose for a photo, get in the bath, change her diaper) by telling her she could have a drink of Diet Coke afterward.

That’s a scoot and a half! I love it. It’s amazing watching how quickly all these little ones are growing and changing. With yours and now it seems Emily’s petchant for Diet Coke you should really consider shares in that company

Wow, she can really move! Very cute!
I too am hoping to get a chance to rid our house of unnecessary junk soon. I always love organizing and making things better.

That is unique! (But I’d probably do anything for diet coke at that age too)

Diet Coke is definitely worth all that scooting!
