I (Amanda) got a call from Angella a few minutes ago.
Baby D is here.
And her name is:
Emily Dian
My heart burst with joy at the news, as I’m sure all of yours are at this exact moment.
Emily was born at 2:13 pm and weighs a pleasant 8 pounds, 5 1/2 ounces and is 21 inches long.
Ange says she has fuzzy, curly hair that is a shade of auburn.
My hugest congratulations go out to Matt and Ange and the whole family.
I am going to see both gals tonight and I can’t wait!

Oh Ange,
I didn’t realise how much I wanted you to have a girl until I heard the news. I too am a little teary eyed. Her and little Avelyn and Bethany will be like the yaya sisterhood. Or at least the sisterhood of the travelling pants. So fun. I can’t wait to see her and give you a big hug.
Daddy D must be way beyond thrilled! It is so different for daddys and thier girls. COOL!
