That is SO AMAZING about Nathan's clothes/crib not smelling of smoke. What a beautiful gift God gave you to show in such a tangible way that HE was surrounding your precious baby with His love and hedge of protection! What a faithful God! I don't think I knew exactly when it happened, but I do remember being very touched by the story. It is wonderful to read about how God protected your baby boy like that. I'm glad that you have been able to restore your house and move on from the fire, and yet still appreciate God's blessings for his protection and covering over all of you that fateful day. I just only today (well, Sunday) read this post in your archives. But I didn't notice the date was a year ago. I can't believe that happened to you, but I can believe how you got through it.
